MICA is hosting a book release for Ellen Lupton (author, graphic designer, curator at the Cooper-Hewitt, and director of the MFA Graphic Design program at MICA) and Jennifer Phillips (graphic designer and associate director of said program).
Their new book, "Graphic Design: The New Basics" is out now. Meet the authors and students who contributed tonight at MICA's Brown Center from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. It's free. I'm guessing the book will be available for purchase.
If you can't pick one up tonight, the book is for sale, in Baltimore, at the MICA bookstore and Atomic Pop.
